    Member Setting & Guides

 

      Once receive your sim card, please contact us and complete the step below.

 

 

     STEP 1: Register and activate sim card

 

  • Before you can start using your sim card, you must register and activate the line first.

 

       Option a (Sit Down & Relax Way): Fill up information at the below link and we will assist you with the registration.

       Option b (Normal Way):  Sms the details below to 014-705 7769 using existing hp number (space to separate among every single details)

 

       Before send out the sms, please double check and confirm all the data is correct, because some data                 unable to change after that.

 

       1. “ad” in front of the sms.

       2. IC full name

       3. The last 8 digits S/N in simcard

       4. The 8 digits PUK in simcard

       5. IC number / passport number

       6. Address (till postcode)

       7. If you wanted to use back to old number, attach your old company and old number

       8. introducer’s membership number, idp812271

       

       Example 1: For new register hp number under Tone Excel

       Example 2: For use back old hp number under Tone Excel

      * After 3 hours to 1 day,company will reply that you’ve succeed to register (sms), change your simcard to Tone Excel Sim Card and use it                 to sms “Active” to 010-770 8499 and you can use both you old and new hp number until it is successfully transfer from your existing telco             provider. 

 

        ** Important things to be concern for use back old HP number user:

    a) To use back old hp number, please ensure the below:-

        Postpaid : Last month payment had been settled and left current month outstanding.

        Prepaid   : Ensure air time credit is more than RM 5 until it was successfully converted to Tone Excel. 

 

    b) All TAC code for internet banking or online credit card transaction cannot be received once successfully           converted to Tone Excel.

 

    c) Once successfully converted to Tone Excel, all air time for prepaid user under previous telco will be                   clear/empty.

 

 

     STEP 2: Tone Excel Member Log In & Change password 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

      Username : IC no (without -)

      Password : 1234 (1st time login member)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • Once login, please change your password immediately at 「Member Care」>「Change Password」.

  • Select 「Forgot Username/Password」, input I/C No / Passport No and Phone No then click reset 「Reset Password」. New password will be sent to HP No indicated and click 「Login」 button to enter the Tune Talk Self Care.
